Our bar and restaurant are located directly on the Heuvel, with the city literally on the doorstep. Drinks while standing or rather seated together at a table: there is a suitable place for every group.

Informal, lively and sociable. In our drinks corner you stand together with a drink in hand, ideal for a networking drink, a Friday afternoon drink or a season finale. Put together your own sharing board at the bar and enjoy a good glass of wine.

Your own section in the restaurant, up to 35 people seated

Would you rather sit together at a table? We reserve a section of our restaurant for your group. That way you sit comfortably together, for coffee and cake, a lunch or a high tea.

The whole restaurant, up to 85 people seated or 100 people standing

Coming with a large group? The whole restaurant has room for 85 people seated. For an informal drink there is standing room for up to 100 guests. You sit on spacious, comfortable chairs everywhere, and all our spaces are easily accessible with a walker or wheelchair. Contact us and we will discuss the options for your date.

Organizing drinks at Mercure Hotel Tilburg Centrum

Can I organize drinks for my association?

Yes. Please contact us via the contact page and let us know when you would like to come and with how many people. We are happy to call you to go through your wishes and will then send you a tailor-made proposal.

How many people can come?

In our drinks corner by the bar we welcome groups of up to 50 people standing. For seated groups we reserve a section of the restaurant for a maximum of 35 people, or the whole restaurant for a maximum of 85 people. Standing, we welcome up to 100 people in the whole restaurant.

Is the hotel accessible with a walker or wheelchair?

Yes, our hotel is walker and wheelchair friendly. You also sit on spacious, comfortable chairs.

Is the bar also open to people who are not staying overnight?

Absolutely. Everyone is welcome in our bar, daily from 07:00 to 23:00.

Do you take dietary requirements into account?

Yes. Please let us know about allergies and dietary requirements with your request and we will take them into account.

Can our group also stay overnight?

Yes. Groups book from 8 rooms via Groupz. After the drinks, your guests can relax in our swimming pool and the infrared sauna.

Where can I leave my bike or car?

Right in front of the door you will find our guarded bicycle storage. By car you park in Parkeergarage Heuvelpoort, in the same building as the hotel. Free parking is available at, among others, P+R Tilburg Universiteit or P+R Station Reeshof. By bus, get off at the Heuvelring stop, a 2-minute walk away.
