“We have been staying at the Mercure Tilburg Centrum every year, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is always clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We always feel at home here. This year, I accidentally left my neck pillow in our room after check-out. The team found it immediately, carefully packed it, and even took it to the post office after I sent them a shipping label. This level of kindness and service is truly exceptional and not something we take for granted.❤️”
